A dynamic and efficient 6-step process

  • 1. Design & Development

    We design products according to your requirements to make them functional. The initial steps in exploring design ideas are researching, attending trade shows, following trends, following fashion icons and fashion magazines etc.
  • 2. Fabric Choosing or Customization

    We will provide different kinds of fabric swatches for you to choose from to determine the material and color. We can also customize according to your ideas or samples.
  • 3. Pattern Making

    Once the design is complete, you can make patterns for t-shirts, hoodies, shorts or any product. To do this, you sketch the design on paper, then cut and sew the individual garments.
  • 4. Grading of Fabric

    Once the pattern is made, the fabric is graded to ensure that the product fits all sizes. The fabric is graded according to the different patterns made for different sizes. Grading involves making different sizes of garments based on the developed fit.
  • 5. The Cutting Process

    In this step, the fabric is marked and cut into sections. The marking process indicates to the operator where to cut, and this is how cutting is done using markers and lines. Once the fabric is marked, cutting begins.

    The sewing process begins here, where the various parts of a garment are sewn together by hand or machine. In this process, different products are joined together to form a garment.
